Dry hopped, using Tasmanian Cascade hops giving a light aroma of tropical fruits with a biscuit malt flavour.
The Tasmanian clover honey adds a hint of sweetness that combines well with the hop and malt flavours.
This ale is bottled conditioned creating a natural sediment.
