Australian Honey Products uses AusPost to deliver your order to you. You will be provided with a delivery number, which you can use to track your order at www.auspost.com.au/mypost/track

All orders are sent with “Signature on Delivery” and “Extra Cover”.

You may select from Parcel Post or Express Post.

Most orders will be dispatched within 3 days.

Australian Honey Products will use the details, including your delivery address, shown on your order for the delivery of your order. Please ensure that correct delivery details are provided on the website. Title to the goods in the order and risk of loss will pass to you on delivery.

If you are not available to take delivery of your order, AusPost, will leave a card so you can pick-up your order from your local Post Office.

Please note: depending on packing workload, shipping your order may take up to 15 business days.

Unfortunately, due to customs restrictions, we are unable to ship honey to Western Australia.

Payment For Products

Australian Honey Products uses PayPal to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card and charge card transactions to pay for your order. Confidential information including card details is encrypted using PayPal encryption technology. When paying by PayPal, or credit card, you authorise Australian Honey Products to debit your credit card at the time you submit your order. The name on the credit card used for the payment must match the name on the order.

You acknowledge and agree that any payment for an order must be cleared by Australian Honey Products before the products you have ordered are shipped.

If your order or payment cannot be processed, your order will be rejected and you will be notified of this on the web site or by email. If it is a credit card matter, you should contact your card issuer to resolve any problem concerning the use of your credit card.

When paying or attempting to pay for the products, you agree that you have not engaged in any fraudulent conduct or contravened any law.
