Deep in the Tasmanian rainforest, we harvest Manuka honey just before the leatherwood flowers bloom. If we are too slow in collecting the Manuka honey, the bees mix it with leatherwood nectar. The result is a jar containing two of the best honeys in the world, blended by the bees, resulting in a magnificent taste.
