Australian Honey Products sells honey, which is a consumable food product. Within 30 days of the original purchase, Australian Honey Products will discuss returns or exchanges for UNOPENED PRODUCTS ONLY if you can provide a valid reason for the request. Australian Honey Products in its sole absolute discretion will determine if a refund or an exchange will be made. Freight charges for returning the products to us may be your responsibility. In no case, will Australian Honey Products refund or exchange opened food products.
